Texas Model
In Texas, consumers can obtain access to cash through Credit Services Organizations (CSOs) that operate at Credit Access Businesses (CABs) to helping consumers obtain a loan.

Barr Funding is not affiliated with any CSO entity. As a 3rd Party Lender, we make loans through and partner with several different CSOs throughout Texas and online to provide cash advances, installment loans and title loans.
Through this model, consumers can choose to visit a store front location or apply online for loan.
Online Model
Credit Service Organizations offer a range of financial services to consumers in Texas in exchange for a fee.
CSOs may provide assistance in obtaining an extension of credit for customers in Texas through a 3rd party lender and may also provide additional guarantees to help consumers get loan approval.
They evaluate whether a consumer qualities for a loan and assist consumers through the application process.
