Our commitment and approach to maintaining an accessible website
Effective Date: January 29, 2020
Barr Funding, its subsidiaries and operating entities (collectively, “Barr Funding,” “we,” or “our”) seeks to understand and respect the unique needs and perspectives of all consumers in the communities in which it offers its products and services. We value every visitor to our website and are committed to being a leader in expanding access to everyone, including individuals with disabilities; accordingly, it’s our commitment to ensure that our website is accessible to everyone.
Providing accessible web content can also benefit people who do not have disabilities but who may be experiencing situational obstacles such as accessing our website from devices with small screens or in low bandwidth situations, or language or literacy levels. In these situations, and others, accessibility solutions can facilitate improved access.
To assist in meeting the accessibility principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”): perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, we have implemented several initiatives including, by way of example:
Distributing this Accessibility Statement and providing training to content providers, website content and technical support personnel for https://www.barrfunding.com/; Linking to this Accessibility Statement from https://www.barrfunding.com/, soliciting and providing a method to submit feedback, and providing a method to contact Barr Funding; Prioritizing accessibility fixes through development releases to ensure they are remediated with the same level of priority as any other equivalent loss of function for individuals without disabilities. We will continue to invest time and resources to make improvements to https://www.barrfunding.com/.
